1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any products or services offered by Vancer Systems, a brand operated by Satori Ryu LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Products and License Grant

Vancer Systems sells digital software products, including Terraform and OpenTofu infrastructure modules ("Products"). Upon successful payment, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the purchased Product for your own internal business or personal projects, on an unlimited number of infrastructure deployments operated by you.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the Products or any derivative works to third parties; (b) publish the source code publicly on any repository or platform; (c) claim authorship or ownership of the original codebase; (d) use the Products to build a competing product or service offered to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.

4. Lifetime Updates

Purchases of Vancer Systems products include lifetime access to all future updates of the purchased Product version. The Company reserves the right to determine what constitutes an update versus a new separate product. Updates are delivered via the original purchase channel.

5. Payment and Checkout

All transactions are processed by Gumroad, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Satori Ryu LLC does not store your payment card information. VAT and applicable taxes are calculated and collected automatically by Gumroad at checkout in compliance with local regulations. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to review all product documentation and this page thoroughly before purchasing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Products will be error-free or that results obtained from their use will be accurate or reliable. Compliance certifications (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001) refer to the architectural alignment of the code — formal certification requires engagement with an accredited auditor.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Satori Ryu LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Products, including but not limited to code, documentation, branding, and design, remain the exclusive property of Satori Ryu LLC. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. "Vancer Systems" is a brand of Satori Ryu LLC.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the official website. Continued use of the Products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
